To ensure every detail meets your expectations, you can also order sample production for your customized models prior to final approval and mass production.
To ensure that each customized furniture leg meets the client’s specifications, we follow a structured following sampling procedure. After finalizing the design and technical requirements, a sample unit is produced using the same materials, processes, and quality standards as the intended mass production. This sample is then submitted to the client for detailed inspection and verification. Any feedback or adjustments are incorporated before full-scale production begins, ensuring complete alignment with design, functionality, and quality expectations.
The pipe and base are packaged separately with bubble wrap and shipped in a box.
First, the sample fee is paid by the customer. If the customer works with an air cargo company, they make a reservation and have the product picked up from our office/factory. If they don't have a company they work with, we ship with our contracted air cargo company. In this case, the customer pays Era for the air freight in advance along with the product payment.

The product is packaged appropriately according to its size. For special production orders, sample payment terms and air cargo terms are determined by mutual agreement, based on the volume and weight of the product.

Important Note: For Table Tops, we have to purchase 1 MDF Plate (210x280 cm) even for 1 sample. 1 Plate makes approximately 10 samples. If the customer does not want 10 pieces, which can be very expensive with air cargo, and if 1 Table Top is cut and sent as a sample, the Customer has to pay the cost of 1 Plate.
