Safe People, Strong Future

At ERA, the health, safety and well-being of our employees, visitors, contractors and business partners are fundamental to the way we operate.

As a manufacturing company, we recognize our responsibility to identify workplace hazards, reduce risks and maintain safe working conditions throughout our operations.

We are committed to complying with applicable occupational health and safety requirements, providing appropriate information and training, encouraging employee participation and continuously improving our health and safety practices.

1. SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

We aim to provide a safe, clean and professionally managed working environment.

Work areas, machinery, equipment and production processes are regularly reviewed to identify potential hazards and opportunities for improvement.

Employees are expected to follow established safety procedures, use equipment responsibly and report unsafe conditions whenever they are identified.

2. RISK ASSESSMENT & ACCIDENT PREVENTION

We take a preventive approach to occupational health and safety.

Potential hazards associated with machinery, production activities, materials, handling, storage and other workplace operations are assessed, and appropriate measures are taken to eliminate or control risks where reasonably possible.

Our objective is not only to respond to accidents, but to identify potential risks before they result in injury, damage or disruption.

3. TRAINING & SAFETY AWARENESS

Employees receive appropriate information and guidance relating to the safety requirements of their responsibilities.

Training and awareness activities may include safe operation of machinery and equipment, workplace hazards, personal protective equipment, emergency procedures and other job-specific safety requirements.

We encourage employees to ask questions, raise concerns and actively contribute to improving workplace safety.

4. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Where workplace risks cannot be sufficiently controlled through other measures, appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used in accordance with the requirements of the relevant activity.

Employees are expected to use PPE correctly and follow applicable workplace safety instructions.

5. MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT SAFETY

Machinery and production equipment are operated according to applicable safety requirements and established working procedures.

Employees are expected to use equipment only when they are appropriately trained or authorized to do so.

We aim to identify unsafe conditions, equipment-related risks and maintenance requirements at an early stage and take appropriate corrective action.

6. EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION & COMMUNICATION

We believe workplace safety is a shared responsibility.

Employees are encouraged to report hazards, unsafe practices, near misses and other safety concerns without hesitation.

Open communication helps us identify risks that may not otherwise be visible and allows appropriate preventive or corrective actions to be taken.

We believe that employees should be able to raise genuine safety concerns in good faith without fear of retaliation.

7. EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS

ERA seeks to maintain appropriate arrangements for responding to potential workplace emergencies.

Depending on the nature of the situation, emergency preparedness may include responses to fire, medical emergencies, accidents, equipment failures and other events that could affect the safety of employees or visitors.

Relevant personnel are informed of their responsibilities, and emergency procedures are reviewed and improved when necessary.

Where appropriate, emergency response arrangements are tested or practiced to help ensure that employees understand how to respond safely and effectively.

8. INCIDENT REPORTING

All workplace incidents, accidents, near misses and significant safety hazards should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Incident reporting allows ERA to understand what happened, identify underlying causes and determine appropriate corrective or preventive actions.

Our objective is not simply to record an incident, but to learn from it and reduce the possibility of recurrence.

Employees are encouraged to report safety concerns in good faith, including situations where no injury or damage has occurred.

9. CONTRACTORS & VISITORS

Contractors, visitors and other third parties entering our facilities are expected to comply with applicable safety requirements and instructions.

Where relevant, appropriate information regarding workplace hazards, access requirements and emergency procedures is communicated before or during their activities at our facilities.

We expect contractors and service providers to conduct their activities responsibly and to take reasonable measures to protect their employees and others who may be affected by their work.

10. LEGAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

ERA conducts its occupational health and safety activities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and other relevant requirements.

We monitor our practices and seek to address identified gaps or risks through appropriate corrective actions.

11. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Health and safety is an ongoing responsibility.

We continuously seek opportunities to improve risk identification, employee awareness, workplace conditions, emergency preparedness and incident prevention.

Our approach is based on learning from experience, employee feedback, identified risks and changes in our operations.

OUR COMMITMENT

At ERA, we believe that successful manufacturing begins with safe people and a safe workplace.

Our commitment is simple: prevent where possible, protect where necessary, learn from every incident and continuously improve.
