Remaining metal waste is systematically collected and recycled, contributing to a circular production model.

ERA products are engineered for strength, stability, and long service life. Durable construction and high-quality powder coating/chrome plating significantly extend product lifespan, reducing the need for frequent replacement and lowering overall environmental impact over time.

We use powder coating technologies that are solvent-free and low in VOC emissions. This finishing method not only provides superior surface durability and corrosion resistance but also aligns with environmentally responsible manufacturing standards.

Packaging & Logistics Optimization
Our packaging solutions are designed to be efficient, protective, and recyclable. Flat-pack and disassembled designs reduce packaging volume and improve logistics efficiency, resulting in lower transport emissions and reduced material consumption.
All packaging is designed to be recyclable and retail-friendly. ERA helps DIY customers build furniture that lasts—while making a responsible choice for the environment.

Responsible Waste Management
All production waste generated during our manufacturing processes is managed through professional, licensed recycling facilities. Metal and aluminium offcuts, shavings, and surplus materials are carefully collected and separated to ensure they are returned to the recycling stream rather than sent to landfill. By working with specialised recycling partners, we enable leftover steel and aluminium from our production to be reprocessed and reused as secondary raw materials, supporting circular economy principles and reducing overall environmental impact.
