Yes , a printed catalog can be delivered upon demand or easily pdf catalogue can be can be downloaded at website .
What is your minimum order quantity or amount ?
Considering our customers mix orders , we ask for 3.000 € or 4.000 $ per order as minimum order amount . Mixed items can be placed under this amount.
Can I order less than minimum order amount ?
Yes but we have to charge extra 85,00 € as customs cost for amounts below our minimum order amounts.
Do you keep stock in your warehouse , otherwise what is your delivery time ?
No , we do not keep stock . All orders are manufactured upon orders. Delivery times will vary according to product type , quantity etc but we keep our standard between 3-4 weeks for general order deliveries.
Can you arrange Freight on behalf of us ?
Yes , we can arrange affordable Freigth options for your orders in Istanbul and we can deliver your goods as CIP or DAP your place.
How do you deliver our orders ?
We place all goods on Euro Pallets and pack with plastic protection.
