ERA Corporate Business Ethics
Doing Business the Right Way
At ERA, we believe that sustainable business relationships are built on trust, integrity, transparency and mutual respect.
As a manufacturer serving customers in Türkiye and international markets, we understand that responsible business practices are an important part of being a reliable long-term partner. Our commitment to ethical business applies to our relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders.
We aim to conduct our activities responsibly, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and continuously improve the way we work.

1. INTEGRITY & TRANSPARENCY
We conduct our business with honesty, fairness and transparency.
We aim to provide our customers and business partners with accurate and clear information regarding our products, capabilities, quotations, production processes, delivery conditions and commercial terms.
We do not intentionally provide misleading information or make commitments that we cannot reasonably fulfill.
We believe that transparent communication is essential, particularly when working on long-term projects, customized products and OEM developments. When challenges or changes arise, we aim to communicate them openly and work with our customers to find appropriate solutions.
2. FAIR AND RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES
ERA is committed to conducting business fairly and responsibly.
We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, improper payments, fraud or other unethical business practices. Our commercial decisions should be based on legitimate business considerations such as quality, capability, service, technical requirements and commercial terms.
We expect our employees and business partners to avoid situations where personal interests could improperly influence business decisions.
We also respect the principles of fair competition and do not seek to obtain business advantages through unlawful or unethical practices.
3. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
Our customers are at the center of our business.
We aim to build long-term relationships based on reliability, communication and mutual respect rather than short-term transactions.
We provide customers with information that helps them make informed decisions about products, materials, dimensions, finishes, applications and project requirements.
For customized and OEM projects, we work closely with customers to understand their requirements and, where appropriate, support the process from initial concept and technical development through prototyping, approval and production.
We also take customer feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve our products, services and processes.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY & PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
We understand that our customers and business partners may share confidential information with us, including product concepts, technical drawings, dimensions, specifications, prototypes, pricing information, project details and other commercially sensitive information.
ERA is committed to handling such information responsibly and using it only for legitimate business purposes.
Where confidentiality is required, we respect appropriate confidentiality arrangements and agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), when applicable.
We expect our employees, suppliers and relevant business partners to respect the confidentiality of information entrusted to them.
5. CUSTOM DESIGNS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customized products and OEM projects often involve ideas, designs and technical information developed specifically for individual customers.
ERA respects the intellectual property and proprietary rights of its customers and business partners.
Customer drawings, designs, technical specifications and other proprietary information will not be intentionally used for unrelated purposes or disclosed to third parties without appropriate authorization, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the agreed production process.
At the same time, ERA expects customers and business partners to respect ERA's own intellectual property, product designs, technical developments, trademarks and other proprietary materials.
6. RESPECT, EQUAL TREATMENT & WORKING ENVIRONMENT
We believe that people are an essential part of ERA's success.
We are committed to maintaining a professional working environment based on respect, dignity and equal treatment.
We do not support discrimination, harassment, intimidation or abusive behavior in the workplace.
We aim to provide employees with an environment in which they can perform their responsibilities professionally, communicate openly and contribute to continuous improvement.
We also expect employees to treat colleagues, customers, suppliers and other business partners with professionalism and respect.
7. HEALTH & SAFETY
The health and safety of our employees and visitors is an important responsibility.
We seek to maintain appropriate workplace practices, safety procedures and working conditions in accordance with applicable requirements.
Employees are expected to follow relevant safety procedures and use machinery, equipment and protective measures responsibly.
We continuously aim to identify potential risks, improve workplace safety and promote awareness of safe working practices throughout our operations.
8. RESPONSIBLE SUPPLIER & BUSINESS PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS
Our responsibility extends beyond our own operations.
We work with suppliers and business partners that support our requirements for quality, reliability, responsible business practices and compliance with applicable laws.
Where appropriate, we expect our business partners to operate with integrity, respect employee rights, maintain safe working conditions and avoid bribery, corruption and other unlawful practices.
We aim to develop long-term supplier relationships based on transparency, reliability, quality and mutual respect.
9. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
We recognize that manufacturing activities have an environmental impact and that responsible production requires continuous improvement.
ERA aims to use materials and resources responsibly and to improve the efficiency of its production processes wherever reasonably possible.
We seek to reduce unnecessary waste, improve material utilization and promote responsible handling of production-related resources.
Environmental responsibility is viewed as an ongoing process. We continue to evaluate opportunities to improve our production practices and reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
10. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS & REGULATIONS
ERA conducts its activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
This includes requirements relating to employment, workplace safety, commercial activities, taxation, export and international trade, environmental responsibilities, data protection and other areas relevant to our operations.
We expect our employees and business partners to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their activities and responsibilities.
Where regulatory requirements change, we aim to adapt our practices accordingly.
11. RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION
We believe that professional communication is an important part of ethical business.
We aim to communicate with customers, suppliers, employees and business partners in a clear, respectful and professional manner.
Commercial information, product specifications, delivery expectations and other important matters should be communicated as accurately as reasonably possible.
When an issue occurs, we believe that addressing it openly and constructively is preferable to avoiding or delaying communication.
12. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Business ethics is not a one-time commitment.
As ERA continues to develop its products, manufacturing capabilities and international business relationships, we aim to review and improve our business practices accordingly.
Feedback from employees, customers and business partners can help us identify areas where we can improve.
Our objective is not only to meet applicable requirements, but also to build a business culture based on responsibility, trust and long-term cooperation.
